our token

The 巴 project issues a digital token, launching on ponsfamily.com. The burn watch itself is free and read-only, but the token is a separate digital asset with its own rules.

token purchases are final

Token sales, purchases, and transfers are settled directly on the blockchain and are final and irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, we cannot reverse, cancel, or refund it. Token prices fluctuate and digital assets carry risk of loss — always do your own research before buying.

digital collectibles (if offered)

If a collection, mint, or other paid digital item is ever offered, the following applies: blockchain transactions are irreversible by design. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be undone, and we are unable to reverse, cancel, or refund it. All sales of digital assets are final.

exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error, or a technical failure prevented you from receiving what you were promised, contact us within 7 days and we will review it in good faith. We will make reasonable efforts to make things right where the fault is ours.

chargebacks & fraud

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback attempts may result in the loss of access to any future services.
